Mrs. DeVonne Waters-Davis started her journey as a survivor by being told she had breast cancer after having a breast reduction. The beautiful wife and mother of 3 decided to undergo a double mastectomy in 2015 following the prayer of her 15-year-old son who asked God, "is my mom going to die." She was and is determined to survive and thrive!
Since DeVonne's journey began, she has had six additional surgeries. DeVonne has remained positive through her journey by standing strong in God's word. She thrives on the words "THIS TOO SHALL PASS" when her journey enters a temporary storm.
#PRAYINPINK was established in 2017 when DeVonne felt driven to fill the gap of FAITH lacking information and support with data that encouraged women who would experience a similar journey. DeVonne became a walking testimony that provided hope and love.
